Patrick Arnaldi - Owner Director and CEO

Patrick is an entrepreneur at heart. He started WEB Ltd in Mauritius in 1995 when the Internet and web development was in its early stages. He has since created WEB offices in Reunion, Seychelles and Madagascar and recently APC in Reunion and Mauritius, offering new products and services to the public sector. Patrick is responsible for the group’s strategy, economy and sales and directly handles some of the groups largest customers.

Fawrez Baboo – General Manager WEB Mauritius

Fawrez joined WEB Ltd in 2000 as a Graphic Designer and became Senior Project Manager in 2004. Fawrez joined WEB after 4 years as designer with Contraste Ltd. She has long handled all aspects of project management, and with both design and technical understanding and experience, she handles all development projects in Mauritius. Since August 2006 Fawrez is responsible for the daily operations of WEB Mauritius.

Manuela Gonthier – General Manager APC Reunion

Manuela joined WEB Reunion in 2008 as a web developer, with a master in computer science from the University of Grenoble. Manuela has particularly extensive experience in all technical aspects of web application development. Manuela has been actively involved in implementing dynamic site specialized in tourism and application web for the public sector.
