Service Level Agreements

The importance of web site maintenance

1. Keeping website content up-to-date

Current and accurate content is what people expect when visiting your website. Finding what they need give your visitors a reason to return to the site time and time again.

2. Moving with new technology

Internet technology is developing rapidly enabling new features and applications everyday. A website can quickly appear out-of-date without updating. Also, as flawless as your web site and our systems are, components of a website can malfunction, requiring security updates and upgrades.

3. Online marketing

The goal of any website is to attract and increase the number of visitors interested in your subject matter. This requires expertise, promotions and regular creative improvement.

Your maintenance requirements

We know that as a web site owner you want to keep your website up to date with content and news, you want to add new features and you want to be better placed in the search engine results, and that you do not always have the in house resources and competencies. This is where an SLA with WEB can help you.

What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) ?

An SLA is a contractual agreement within the framework of which your company can avail of the services and resources offered by WEB.

WEB provides the following services as part of our SLA.

Static Page Updates - Adding pictures, text, new pages, etc.
Graphic Design - Redesigning existing sites and designing new sites
Custom App Maintenance - Maintaining and supporting custom developed web
applications
New Development - Adding new features to existing sites and applications
Search Engine Positioning - Submitting your domain names to chosen search
engines

You provide the written content and the images, we do the rest:

add new pages and update existing ones
edit and update text, images, code.
add new features to your site, etc.
optimize code and images for faster download

Which level of SLA suits my company?

Whether your company chooses SLA Premium, Regular or remains a Walk In, depends on your requirements, budget and need for rapid execution.

If you have only the occasional change and no need for having it online urgently the SLA Walk In will suit you.

If your company rarely has urgent tasks for the website, but want to see it online within a reasonable timeframe the SLA Regular should be your choice.

If your company website require regular attention and short deployment time from concept to implementation, you should choose the SLA Premium option

Please contact your WEB country office for pricing structure.
